The Connexion Family Health Team Registered Dietitian will:
- Provide tools to help you manage various health conditions, such as: High Cholesterol, Diabetes, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Inflammatory Bowel Disease, Osteoporosis, Hypertension, Heart Failure, and Food Allergies or Intolerances
- Counsel and support you to make changes in your eating habits
- Provide a framework for transitioning your baby to solid foods
- Offer educational opportunities for weight management
